Corner Facet Rounding

Model the effect of corner rounding on your grating's performance. Epipprop provides tools to model the effect of corner rounding on your echelle grating or planar concave grating. Often the sharp features of a design can be lost in the etch process and it can be hard to quantify the effect on the device performance. Epipprop can round any arbitrary grating surface to a specific rounding radius and calculate the effect on the grating's performance.
