Shipping policy

All software is shipped by a reliable courier. We will charge you for these costs at the rates shown on this web site.

Returns policy

If you are purchasing a delivery, for example if you request an evaluation license with a physical dongle, you will not be able to cancel your purchase once we have shipped the item to you. If you tell us before we have shipped the item, we will refund your purchase in full. 

Paying for online training fees

Here you can pay by card for online training fees.

Please confirm that your seats for the training have been booked and confirm the training fee with us before making your purchase. Note that this is not a booking form - in order to book seats for the training please contact us.
