Scripting and Optimisation

using Python, MATLAB and Kallistos

OmniSim includes an extensive command line interface and supports scripting with Python and MATLAB. This can be extremely useful to automate calculations or perform some elaborate post-processing of results.

Optimisation of OmniSim calculations can be performed using our advanced optimisation tool Kallistos.
